Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, <DELETED>SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.</DELETED> <DELETED> This Act may be cited as the ``Federal Carjacking Enforcement Act''.</DELETED> <DELETED>SEC. 2. MOTOR VEHICLES.</DELETED> <DELETED> Section 2119 of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- </DELETED> <DELETED> (1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking ``, with the intent to cause death or serious bodily harm'' and inserting ``knowingly''; and</DELETED> <DELETED> (2) in paragraph (3), by striking ``if death results,'' and inserting ``if the motor vehicle is taken with the intent to cause death or serious bodily harm, and death results,''.</DELETED> SECTION 1.
