Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Presidential Conflicts of Interest Accountability Act''. SEC. 2. FINANCIAL INTERESTS OF THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT. (a) Acts Affecting a Personal Financial Interest.--Section 208 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: ``(e) For the purposes of this section, the terms `officer' and `employee' shall include the President and the Vice President.''. (b) Limitation on Financial Interests.--Subchapter III of chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section: ``Sec. 13147.
