Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``D.C. Shield Law Repeal Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF HUMAN RIGHTS SANCTUARY AMENDMENT ACT OF 2022. The Human Rights Sanctuary Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24-257) is hereby repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by such Act is restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted into law. <all>
