Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Return to Sender Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL AND RESCISSION OF FUNDS. The unobligated balances of amounts appropriated or otherwise made available by sections 70002 and 70003 of Public Law 117-169 (commonly referred to as the ``Inflation Reduction Act''), as of the date of enactment of this Act are rescinded and those sections are hereby repealed. <all>
