Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Affordable housing.--The term ``affordable housing'' includes-- (A) public housing assisted under section 9 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437g); (B) assisted housing; (C) housing assisted under an affordable housing program administered by the Secretary of Agriculture through Rural Housing Service; (D) rental housing that utilizes tax credits und
