Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Protect Our Treatment for Enamel, Erosion, and Tooth Health Act'' or the ``Protect Our TEETH Act''. SEC. 2. FLUORIDE IN DRINKING WATER. Section 1412(b)(12) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300g- 1(b)(12)) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(C) Fluoride.-- ``(i) National academies rapid response evidence review.--Prior to publishing in the Federal Register a proposed rule to establish the maximum contaminant level goal for fluoride, or, in the national primary drinking water regulation for fluoride, specify the maximum contaminant level for fluoride, the Administrator shall-
